Arandas '08

All last week Edwin and a group of high schoolers from our church were in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico working a VBS during the day and reaching out to neighborhoods at night. :) Here are some pictures of the trip.  I can tell that the group has become quite close, and that the time they had together in Mexico will begin a great work in their hearts to impact others around them, to glorify Jesus! :)  The last two pictures of Tory are to show off the sandals her daddy brought back for her . . . she wanted to put them on as soon as she saw them! :)

La semana pasada, Edwin y un grupo de jóvenes de nuestra iglesia fueron a Arandas, Jalisco, México. Trabajaron con niños haciendo actividades, títeres, manualidades durante el día y en la noche iban a vecindades para mostrar películas y orar por la gente ahí.  Aquí hay unas fotos del viaje.  Se nota que  el grupo que fué formaron amistades muy especiales entre ellos mismos y que el tiempo que tuvieron juntos en México cambió sus vidas y que van a impactar mas personas que conocen aquí para glorificar a Jesús.  :)  Las últimas dos fotos de Tory son para mostrar las sandalias que le compró su papito . . . se las quiso poner al no mas verlas cuando se despertó de su siesta. :)
