Labor Day Weekend - Día del Trabajo

Well . . . we had a fun three-day weekend! Paul and Christy RODE down on their new bike from Seattle!! We hung out, played mini-golf, played cards, went to the movies, celebrated Christy's B-day (in a small way), and ended it all with a day at the park, playing baseball with a tennis ball . . . it was great!! I even got a ride with my little brother on his new bike!

Bueno . . . ¡nos divertimos en nuestro fin de semana larga de tres dias! Pablo y Christy llegaron desde Seattle en moto! Pasamos el tiempo juntos jugando mini-golf, cartas, yendo a una pelicula, celebramos el cumpleaños de Christy (en forma pequeña) y terminamos jugando beisbol con una pelota de tennis en el parque. Fué bonito. . . . ¡hasta mi hermanito me dio una vuelta en su nueva moto!

What can I say? I love pictures.... seeing these pictures brings back good memories of time spent well.... sunsets in El Salvador... Christmas with firecrackers, music and food... and summer vacation during those rare warm months up north . . . God has showered us with blessings! "Taste and see that the LORD is good!"

No lo puedo negar. . . me encantan las fotos... viendo éstas fotos traen tantas buenas memorias de regreso . . . atardeceres en El Salvador . . . celebrando la navidad con cohetes, música y comida . . . y las vacaciones de verano, disfrutando de esos raros meses de calor que se sienten acá en el norte. . . Dios nos ha derramado con bendiciones!

Birthday Bash!

Well... we must all grow older.... might as well enjoy it with great friends and good food!! Andy fired up the grill and both birthday boys later thought they'd try their hand at cutting their cakes in style! We had a great time! Thanks to all for coming . . . let's do it again!!

Bueno.... todos nos hacemos mas viejos cada año . . . asi que al menos lo podemos disfrutar con buenos amigos y comida rica! Andy uso su barbacoa para cocinar y después los dos cumpleañeros decidieron tratar de cortar sus pasteles con un nuevo estilo. Tuvimos un super tiempo juntos! Gracias a todos por venir.... ¡¡hagamoslo otra ves!!
