Tory meets Reagan

Dec. 13, Reagan Marie arrived in El Salvador with her mom and dad and was able to meet Tory. They had a lot of time together . . . next time they see each other, they'll be chasing each other around the house! :)
El 13 de diciembre llego Reagan Marie a El Salvador con su papa y mama y pudo conocer a Tory. Pasaron mucho tiempo juntas . . . la proxima vez que se vean, se estaran persiguiendo por la casa... :)

Who do you think this is? Incredibly, this is Edwin's mom!! Isn't she beautiful . . . and so similar to another little girl . . .

Christmas is almost here!

Doesn't she look adorable? :) It's incredible how she is holding her head up now... any day and she'll be rolling!

It is hard to see the snow falling in the background . . . but it was SO pretty !! :)

SO cute!

Okay, isn't this SOooo cute??? :) Lucas (and Allan & Yolanda) came over with dinner for us (yummy!) and it was so adorable to see Lucas interact with Tory.... He is ready for a little brother or sister... yeah!
Miren... ¿no es tan lindo? Lucas (y Allan y Yolanda) nos trajeron cena (¡que rico!) y fue tan lindo ver a Lucas con Tory... el ya está listo para tener a un hermanito o hermanita...

My cousin, Scott, and his wife, Kat, came over with their son, Clark, to meet Tory. He is two months older, and so cute! And I couldn't end without a picture of Tory and a new video of her "walking".
Mi primo, Scott y su esposa Kat, vinieron a visitar a Victoria con su hijito de 4 meses, llamado Clark. Y no pude terminar sin una foto linda de Victoria y un video de ella "caminando".

Squeaky clean

Tory has finally started smiling when she gets a bath! The water is so nice and warm, then she gets all suddsy, scrubbed, and clean. I love to see her hair when I dry it too - so curly!
A Victoria porfin le está empesando a gustar tomarse un baño. El agua es tan rico y calientito, luego esta toda enjabonada y limpia. Me encanta ver su pelo cuando lo seco - ¡tan colocha!

Fall Frenzy 06

This year, Fall Frenzy (better known as Halloween), was celebrated at my old school, Rowena Chess, instead of at our church. A ton of people signed up to help out; they set up booths (like at a carnaval), and the kids from the school were able to play games to earn their candy. They had a blast! Edwin manned the soccer booth while I carried Tory around, visiting with ex-students and parents. Then, Edwin got a turn with Tory as he visited around too!
Este año celebramos Halloween de un forma diferente. Muchas personas de nuestra iglesia se apuntaron para ir a la escuela donde antes enseñaba, Rowena Chess. Ellos instalaron diferentes juegos donde los niños podías jugar para ganarse sus dulces. Era como un carnaval. Nos divertimos mucho. Edwin estuvo en el juego de fútbol y yo anduve a Victoria para arriba y para abajo, saludando y visitando con ex-alumnos y padres. Después de un tiempo, Edwin la pudo andar y saludar a la mara también.

So, here are the two booths our care group manned. . . Edwin and Scott at the soccer booth, and Sarah, Derek, Heather, and Lindsey at the Football Toss.
