Tory Mish Mash

Well, it has been a while since I last posted... and a few little things have happened here and there... :)  Here a small conglomeration of stuff...  Tory goofing off. :) Her friend, Claire, came to visit today with Mom, Sarah. Isn't she beautiful? We all had a nice walk together.  :) Tory LOVES to wear boots... but walking around in them is a little more difficult :)  She also loves to be dragged around the house and to be swung and jostled about in the blanket. Look at how much she's grown when you compare her being held by Edwin at 1 month old, and then last week!  Another day, she wandered all over the house with her two favorites from Sesame Street... :)  You can further see how she loves to copy Mommy, even trying out the hairdryer and brush.... with little success. She actually messed her hair up more. Don't worry, I made sure she wouldn't get hurt by hot air or something like that.  And there at the end, you can see that I am trying to warm her up to using the toilet... right now she is just getting a hang of the whole "sitting there" concept. And finally, I started taking her to a music class! :) She was a little wary of it the first day, but now that she is more comfortable, she is starting to really enjoy it... especially when we start banging on stick and drums. :)

Bueno, ha pasado un buen rato desde la última vez que puse fotos... y cosas pequeñas han pasado como verán en éstas fotos.  Hoy la vino a visitar su amiguita, Claire con mamá Sarah. Fuimos a caminar un rato afuera.  Fue bonito.  A Tory le ENCANTA ponerse botas... pero caminar en ellas es más difícil. :) También le gusta que la lleven por toda la casa en cima de la cobija.  Ya verán cómo le gusta mecerse en la cobija tambíen.  Se mira cuánto ha crecido desde que tenía un mes a como está ahora. Otro día andaba por toda la casa con sus dos personajes más queridos de Plaza Sésamo.  :)  Ah, y verán cómo copia a mami, hasta para peinarse... pero más relajo le quedó el pelo!  No se preocupen, me aseguré de que no se hiriera con aire caliente o algo así.  Verán al final que la estoy tratando de acostumbrar al inodoro... :)  Por lo menos a quedarse sentada... Y lo más emocionante ha sido su nueva clase de música que empezó hace dos semanas... El primer día estaba un poco desorientada, pero ahora ya le gusta mucho, especialmente cuando le puede pegar al tambor y hacer ruido con los palitos.  :)
